FALL Time!


Fall is such a great time of year! Not only is it beautiful, but it also offers us a different kinds of foods to eat. Now is the season for apples, squash, pecans, pumpkins, and cranberries, to name only a few. Along with this time of year, comes the change of our eatting habits... the grill gets used less and we take it back inside. Be mindful of the meals we make and how we prepare them.

Fall is a great time to take all of your activities outside. It is the perfect time of year to work up a sweat playing soccer, football, frisbee, going for a run or hike, and even just going apple picking. Whether you're inside or out, make the most of it with healthy food/ snack choices and sneak in a little extra time for exercising outside.

NO CLASSES...... Thursday, Nov. 4th due to NJ teachers convention, which has all public schools closed.
There will also be NO CLASSES on Thursday, November 25th, which is Thanksgiving Day. However, there will be a FAMILY WOD at 9am. This will be open to all who want to come and see what your son or daughter have been up to these last few months, as well as get a good workout in yourself. So, come on in and check it out.

The last classes of the year will be held on Monday, Dec. 20th. There will be no class on Thursday, Dec. 23rd!

This month we have started our work on perfecting our pull ups and we will be doing some "ring" work as well.
