The winter session has been a great success! All participants should be so proud of all they have accomplished. This session will come to an end the week of March 22nd, and the new, Spring session will be starting on Monday, April 5th.
With the craziness of spring, I will be adding another day of classes (thursdays), so there will be plenty of opportunity to attend.
One topic I wish to discuss is "form." As with many crossfit workouts, it's not just how quickly you can get it done, it's making sure that one uses proper form . The reason behind this is to prevent injury, as well as to make one stronger from doing an exercise using proper form. Yes, CFK is fun, BUT...... I do ask that each participant really try to focus on the skill that's being taught, as it is important to do the movement correctly.
Once a month, we are offering Family wods! This is open to anyone that attends CF or CFK. Bring the whole family! The next one will be Saturday, March 20th at 2:30pm in Morristown.
I am thoroughly enjoying working with your children, and am so proud of each and every one of them! I look forward to seeing the progress they will be experiencing in their specific sport. I look forward to working with them again in the spring.
