Mark your calendars all are welcome ages 5 and up.
CFK is a FUN! strength and conditioning program for young athletes and kids alike. It is used by athletic teams, coaches and many parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely.

"SPRING" into March
We have a lot going on this Month. This will be our LAST month in Bernardsville. Starting Monday, April 4th we will be in Morristown full time.
Come check out the new space for Crossfit Kids - We are hosting a "family" wod on Saturday, March 12th. It is open to anyone and everyone that wants to come see what CrossfitMorristown is all about. Class will be at 9:30.
Along with our new location, we will have a new coach assisting me, her name is Stacy Harrison. She is a member herself, and her son, Kyle is in the kids program. I'm looking forward to working with her and excited about all of the fun activities the two of us will bring to Morristown.
The new class schedule will be as follows:
Monday's and Thursday's 4pm only! Class will be 1 hour and as the numbers increase, we will divide the class into age groups of 5-9 and 10 and up.
Our last class in Bernardsville will be on Monday, March 28th.
This month our focus will be on the following two movements: Push Press and Thruster

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
It's time to jump and shout ...... the new year is starting for Crossfit kids this Thursday, Jan. 6th. Classes will be on Mondays and Thursdays at 3:30 and 4:15. Depending on enrollment, I may add another class at 3:30 on Wed., but will keep you posted on that.
Sign ups will be all done online. Go to crossfitbernardsville.com, click on "store" to choose crossfit kids and then select either month to month, 3 month or 6 month. Month to month will be billed on the first of each month; 3 months membership will take you until March 31st, and 6 months will take you to the end of the school year, June 16th.
This month's skill will be "the overhead squat."
Also - PLEASE remember to come dressed to do some short runs outside. This will not take place every class, but probably twice a month we will be outdoors during the workouts.
